While working on my first film that takes me out of the USA and into other countries I ran into a thing called a "carnet". What I quickly discovered is that even for a microbudget project film like mine...it was something I was going to have to grapple with. There wasn't a lot of good information on what it was or how it worked. So, I made this quick video to explain it all for others to save them a headache down the road.
